This policy outlines the terms and conditions of the Refer and Earn program offered by mybestloan.in a venture of shubh consultant.
Eligibility: To participate in the Refer and Earn program, the referring party must be an any individual. The referred party must be a new customer to the Company.
Referral Process: The referring party can refer a friend, family member, colleague, any business etc to the Company by sharing their details like Name, Contact Number and type of loan require through their registered email id to info@mybestloan.in. Once the referred party has completed the sign-up process and has met the eligibility criteria, the referring party will receive the referral reward.
Referral Reward: The referral reward will be credited to the referring party’s account within 45 business days of the referred party completing the all disbursement process and lender (Bank, NBFC etc.) fully disbursed the case without pendency. By any chance suppose referred party not taking disbursement and denied the loan in that case no any types of reward to be made to referring party. The referral reward amount may vary depending on the promotion and will be communicated to the referring party prior to the referral. The reward may be in the form of cash, credit, gifts or any other form as deemed appropriate by the Company. To pay Referral Reward is a sole discretionary power of the company (Mybestloan.in or its Venture etc.)only.
Fraudulent Referrals: The Company reserves the right to disqualify any referral that it deems to be fraudulent or suspicious or any other etc. reason. Fraudulent referrals include, but are not limited to, referrals made by the same person using multiple accounts, or by different identity of same person or any such other way of communication or etc, referrals made through third-party websites, and referrals made using fake or misleading information.
Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate the Refer and Earn program at any time without prior notice. Any referral rewards earned prior to the termination of the program will be honored.
Limitations: The Refer and Earn program is subject to limitations and restrictions as determined by the Company. The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the program at any time without prior notice.
